Payment
All products must be paid for in advance of shipping. Payments can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro or Master Card. All prices are stated in GBP; prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days. However, if you have taken advantage of our free delivery to the school/nursery option, then please note that your order will not be finalised and sent to the lab before the deadline date. Once this date has passed we aim to deliver your products back to the school within 21 days.

Packages can still be classed as in transit up to 10 days from the date that it has been dispatched. Therefore if you have not received your order, please wait 10 days from the date that you are notified of dispatch before contacting us.
If 10 days have passed then please contact us either by email at info@chrismcintyrephotography.co.uk or call 01698 536446 and leave a short message stating your enquiry. A member of staff will then be in touch and we will then be happy to help trace your lost or delayed order. We will always endeavour to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.

Cancelling an order
As our photography products are bespoke and each order is custom-made, orders can only be cancelled if the order has not been passed to our lab. Orders for digital download products cannot be cancelled once the download has been activated. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products in their basket are correct prior to purchasing. Chris McIntyre Photography cannot be held liable for mistakes made in this respect.

Returning products
All orders placed by you that contain an image will be individually printed for you. Therefore it is not possible to return an order or claim a refund if you have made an error or are not happy with the composition of the photograph. We are only able to accept returns for damaged goods. Customers are reminded to check the proof image fully on the screen prior to confirming and paying for their order. Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been activated unless in agreement with Chris McIntyre Photography. If asked to return your order, please return the item(s) to the address below via recorded delivery at your own cost. You must include a copy of your invoice and note why you are returning the goods. Please note that Chris McIntyre Photography will not reimburse shipping costs incurred by the customer to return goods.

Faulty goods should be brought to the attention of Chris McIntyre Photography as soon as possible and within 14 working days of receiving your order, please contact us either by raising a concern/complaint through your account portal or email at info@chrismcintyrephotography.co.uk. As soon as we receive the item(s) and they have been checked, we will either refund your card or issue a replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Complaints
Complaints must be made directly to Chris McIntyre Photography within 14 working days of receipt of goods. All complaints should be sent via email to info@chrismcintyrephotography.co.uk or in writing to our office address: Chris McIntyre Photography, 17 Hoy Gardens, Motherwell, ML1 4GW. You can also raise a complaint/concern online through your account portal.

Credit Card information
Chris McIntyre Photography does not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code. We use Stripe payment services to handle all of our payment transactions.

Personal information
Chris McIntyre Photography will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The information we gather may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order. Please note that it is necessary to provide some order information such as pupil name, class and school in order to print, pack, dispatch, track and safely deliver your order correctly. SIMLAB are our print lab and the information listed will be shared with them. By accepting the terms and conditions you consent to this information being shared with SIMLAB.
